All DealTicker vouchers are sent by email to the buying party who has purchased the Deal and to the email address which is indicated on file and/or confirmed on the deal purchase page. If you did not receive an expected email, it might have reached your "Spam" folder. Please add DealTicker.ca to your safe sender/folder list and contact us for further support.
You can print out your voucher(s) by following these steps:
| 1. | Starting from the homepage, click "Sign in" on the top right of the page. |
| 2. | Sign in with your email and password, or if you used Facebook connect, sign in with the applicable login. |
| 3. | Now click on “My Account” |
| 4. | Select "My Deals" |
| 5. | Now find the voucher that you’d like to have printed |
| 6. | “Select” instead of “Hit” the Printer icon beside the voucher you would like to print |
| 7. | A “pdf” version of the voucher will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download your copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ |
| 8. | Select the Print button at the bottom of the voucher |
| 9. | Enjoy your DealTicker deal! |
