Here’s what you should know about our refund policy:

1. Refund Conditions

On every deal you will have the option of receiving a full refund within 7 days for your purchase if: (a) The voucher was not redeemed, and (b) You are within the 7 day refund period, and (c) The fine print on the voucher does not state "no refunds".  

All refunds will be issued as credits to your account in the same currency as the original transaction.

i. Exceptions We recognize that there may be certain situations that are completely out of DealTicker’s control. For example, a business may have closed down and you have not yet had an opportunity to use your voucher.

Our customers are our number one priority and if there is anything that happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we will gladly help you get the situation resolved. While we reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis, our customers will usually receive a refund in the form of a DealTicker credit.

3. I bought a deal and I am not happy with what I got!

We try to give you only the best of everything. But we also realize that there may be the rare occasion where your experience may not meet your expectations.

If there’s ever a time you are left unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know what happened and we will do everything in our power to make things right.

4.  Are Shipping and/or Handling Fees Refundable?

All shipping fees are refundable for all unredeemed vouchers where shipping for the product has not yet began and purchases fall within DealTicker's refund policy (please review points 1-3 of the refund policy above). 

Unfortunately, once shipping has commenced or in cases where items are automatically shipped and/or the refund period has lapsed, all shipping (and/or handling) fees collected through DealTicker are non-refundable.

5. Is there a maximum number of refunds I can get?

We love all our customers and hope that this is not unrequited love. As such, if we find that a DealTicker customer is abusing our giving relationship and has requested a refund on 3 consecutive purchases, we reserve the right to investigate this behaviour and may deem this user to be an abuser of our policies and as such, refuse to issue a refund and/or block that user from making future purchases through our website.
